What information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Email address, name, topic, and message text when you use our contact form
• Email address and bonus-type preference when you subscribe to bonus alerts
• Technical data that your browser or our host may log automatically (for example IP address, user agent, and requested URL) as part of normal server operation

Formspree (form processor)

Contact and subscribe forms on this site are submitted to Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form backend operated by Formspree, Inc. Formspree acts as a data processor: it receives the fields you submit, stores them in our Formspree account, and notifies us by email so we can reply or manage alert lists.

We do not run our own form database on this website. Formspree’s handling of submissions is also governed by Formspree’s terms and privacy notice. We share only the information you enter in the form (plus Formspree’s standard delivery metadata).

How we keep data secure

We use reputable infrastructure and providers to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. Hosting and form tooling are provided by third parties that offer industry-standard security. We do not store payment card details — we are not a casino and do not take deposits.

When we share personal data

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only when needed, for example:

• With Formspree, as our processor for contact and subscribe forms
• With hosting or email providers involved in delivering the site or our replies, under their security and confidentiality obligations
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights
• If the project behind topirishbonuses.com is transferred or reorganised, relevant user data may move to the successor — we will notify you where practical

How long we keep data (retention)

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

• Contact-form messages: normally up to 24 months after the last reply, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing complaint or legal claim
• Bonus-alert subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address; inactive addresses may be removed periodically
• Server/hosting logs: according to our host’s standard log rotation (typically days to a few weeks), not used for marketing

Bonus alerts and contact forms

If you subscribe, we use your email (and optional bonus-interest preference) to send relevant updates. If you contact us, we use your details to reply.

To stop alerts, use the unsubscribe link in an email where provided, or email hello@topirishbonuses.com asking to be removed. We aim to process opt-out and deletion requests within 30 days.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

To exercise your rights, email hello@topirishbonuses.com with enough detail for us to find your records (for example the email address you used on a form). We may ask you to confirm identity before disclosing or deleting data.

We aim to respond within 30 days. Where Formspree still holds a copy of a submission, we will request deletion or restriction there as well. If we cannot fully delete something (for example a legal hold), we will tell you why.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may have rights to:

• Access personal data we hold about you
• Receive a copy of that data
• Know how we use it and whether it is shared outside the EEA
• Ask us to rectify, delete, or restrict processing
• Object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie)

Third parties

We work with selected third parties for forms and hosting. We choose reputable providers and share only what is needed. Review Formspree’s privacy notice for how they process form submissions on our behalf.

Cookies

At launch we do not set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies on topirishbonuses.com. The site may still use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage required for basic operation (for example security or load balancing from our host).

If we later introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism before those cookies run. Until then, no cookie-consent banner is shown because there is nothing optional to accept.

Child protection

topirishbonuses.com is for adults aged 18+ only — the legal gambling age in Ireland. We do not knowingly collect data from under-18s or provide gambling services. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Conflict resolution

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, contact us first at hello@topirishbonuses.com so we can try to resolve it. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the site (for example via a notice on this page).
